Cooking Healthy Thai Soups

Most people think Thai cuisine is overly sweet, spicy and rich.  But many Thai are soups much simpler (albeit no less flavorful) and have many health benefits. Nutritional Therapist, Craig Fear, will discuss these healing qualities and present a cooking demo for Thailand’s most famous soup, tom yum goong. All attendees will get a full bowl of to eat at the end!
