Simply add a starter culture to orange juice and within a few days you'll have fermented orange juice!
Fill 1 quart mason jar with orange juice, starter/whey and salt.
Add water until you have at least 1.5 inches head space.
Tighten lid and leave at room temperature for 12-36 hours. Loosen lid (also called "burping") once per day to allow the gasses to escape.
It is ready when it becomes carbonated and fizzy.
Refrigerate and drink within one month.
