If you’ve never made an Asian recipe before, I’d recommend starting with this simple Asian beef noodle soup. The classic combination of ginger, garlic and soy sauce gives this soup a quintessential east Asian flair.
Feel free to substitute any type of meat or vegetables you like. Personally, I love using strips of steak with a combination of mushrooms, bok choy and red pepper. Add some nice color too. A great rule of thumb when making any recipe – always experiment to find what you like.
So let me take you inside my kitchen and show you how I make one of my favorite Asian soup recipes.
Hope you enjoy it!
